About Annotations
MSc students Civil Engineering and Geosciences can choose to earn an extra annotation in addition to their Master programme. A special certificate will be issued if conditions are met. Conditions vary per annotation and usually require to deepen your knowledge on the subject by studying a set of additional electives, a focus course together with all other students of TU Delft taking the same annotation and a focus on the chosen subject in the thesis.
No annotation certificates from 1st of September 2022
Keep in mind that the issuance of annotation certificates will be terminated from the 1st of September 2022 onwards. Afterwards, the annotation-related electives taken will only be showed on the diploma supplement as 'chosen electives'. Students starting in September 2020 can therefore still receive the annotation certificate, but they will however have to finish their education before the 1st of September 2022. This is contrary to earlier information given through Brightspace!
