We are TWD – an innovative engineering company passionate about creating construction methods and designing installation tools. Through committed teamwork, we achieve creative, simple, and efficient solutions. Guided by our core pillars – fun, development, and happy clients – we are rapidly growing with over 350 talented people across five locations: Rotterdam, London, Athens, Taipei, and Perth.

Every day, we contribute to the energy transition and key infrastructure projects worldwide. Our focus is on delivering innovative design solutions, primarily in the offshore wind and heavy civil industries. Simplicity is in our DNA. We’ve developed an effective design method to maximize construction workability through customized solutions. A prime example is the unique installation equipment we designed for Belgium’s largest offshore wind farm, SeaMade. Thanks to its simple, optimized design, our client installed the SeaMade foundations at record speed.
