Description: Research and development of a Multidisciplinary Design Optimization tool:
In this research, a tool is developed in Grasshopper. This tool is able to identify in which design situation timber high-rise can be competitive to a concrete design alternative, considering the combination of properties for shadow costs (environmental impact) and construction costs.
To accomplish this comparison, the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization method will be used.
