The Education Committee aims to connect academia and students. It is involved in the evaluation of the new Master’s Programme for Structural Engineering and Construction Materials, through feedback from the students and professors.
It is also in charge of organising inspiring Coffee and Cake Breaks, where ongoing research is presented. From this year, the committee also organises Soft Skill Courses, where master classes offer the possibility to develop new skills, such as public speaking or preparing a job interview.
This year, the committee is formed by Valerie Stoop as Chair; Astrid Kleijnen as Secretary; Zhihui Fang and Chris as Commissioners of Modules for SE; Liangzhi Sun as Commissioner of Modules for CM; Dakka Sricharan as Commissioner of CCB’s; Kafei Chan as Soft Skill Course Coordinator and Deborah Dekker as Qualitat Qua.
