The Lunch Lecture will be presented by Van Rossum, they will present the office redevelopment of the ABN AMRO office. 🏦🔨
ABN AMRO is redeveloping its Foppingadreef office in Amsterdam Zuidoost into a 100,000 m² Paris Proof building with real estate developer EDGE. The project prioritizes sustainability by reusing 70,000 m² of the existing structure and incorporating a 30,000 m² timber framework for new office floors 🌱.
Smart structural design enables open, modern workspaces with laminated beams, CLT ribbed floors, and climate ceilings 🪵🏠.
