ACTION wants to invite U to the first Lunch Lecture of Q4, where a very interesting programme for young structural engineers will be presented and discussed
Bridges are a very significant part of Dutch infrastructures, but since most of them have been built in the period between 1950 and 1970, they are now facing end-of-life. As standards are becoming more and more strict and new knowledge about failure mechanisms is emerging, there's a need to tackle this problem properly. Young Professional Programme Steel is therefore a project whose aim is to encourage young structural engineers who have an affinity with such structures.
